Exchange Policy
Since our designs are typically one-of-a-kind created just for you, NO REFUNDS are given for any purchase.
In the event you are not satisfied with the design, you may contact us within one week of receiving the jewelry. We will make every effort to assist you to reach satisfaction. We really do want you to be happy with your Arte Bello designs. We will access a return and if a return is granted, an exchange will be permitted for jewelry already designed that we have in inventory.
It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange to return the design(s) paying for the postage and insurance. You may also hand deliver the exchange to the Arte Bello Designs location in The Big Day Wedding & Event Center by scheduling an appointment. Please see the Contact section for additional information.
